With no rain during the day,the match was finally played after the previous weeks postponment.The game should have been played at Barnet FC's Underhill,but Barnet asked Broxbourne if they would not mind switching venues due to the high costs of playing at their own ground. A really good game and Barnet showed why they are a league side,with their higher fitness levels they were always going to grab that extra yard,and won quite convincingly.Broxbourne do deserve a lot of credit for not giving up at any time,especially when coming out for the second half 0-2 down had levelled to 2-2 within 4 minutes.A really enjoyable match,great hospitallity from Broxbourne and a semi-final with Cheshunt FC next week to look forward to.Excellent.
